    • Emergency Utility Management Services

      For those who qualify, the PECO Energy Matching Energy Assistance fund is available to assist applicants who are about to lose their PECO service, or whose service has already been terminated.

    • Be Your Own Boss (BYOB)

      This program offers business training and support for those interested in starting their own business. 

    • Incubator Program

      The incubator project assists entrepreneurs in the successful creation of a new or emerging business by providing them access to low-cost office space.

  • Food

    • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

      This program helps eligible persons receive and maintain what used to termed food stamp benefits.

    • Emergency Food Program

      This program provides eligible residents with an emergency food package that will feed a family for an average of three days.

    • Self Help and Resource Exchange (SHARE)

      Through this food co-op buying  service, participants receive    A food cooperative buying program where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen meats and staples at wholesale prices.

    • Norristown Farmer's Market

      Reopens in June, Thursdays, 11am - 3:00 pm June through October.

    • Community Supported Agriculture

      Community supported agriculture (CSA) is defined as a mutually beneficial partnership between a farm and the people who consume the food produced there.

    • Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition

      The Program is closed for 2014.  Check back on June 1, 2015.
      This program provides income    eligible seniors with a $20 voucher that can be spent at participating Farmers’ Markets.

    • Commodity Supplemental Food Program

      Provides Seniors with a monthly box of food designed by USDA nutritionists.
