Self Sufficiency Case Management

Becoming Financially Self-Sufficient

The service consists of meetings with the family to determine the needs and barriers to becoming self-sufficient.  We help with things from clothing needs to food and housing.

Eligibility

  • In addition to the income guidelines, you must also be receiving one Federal Government subsidy such as TANF(Temporary Aid for Needy Families) or subsidized housing.

What Does the Program Provide?

Family needs assessment:  Meets with family to determine the needs and barriers to become self-sufficient.  We help with things from clothing needs to food and housing.

Monitoring:  CADCOM conducts monthly home visits for Self Sufficiency case management participants.

Parenting Skills:  Details on financing and how to deal with the money issues involved.
