Eligibility

​

Tenants of the MERC Incubator are selected from:

  1. The Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) classes with submission of a viable Business Plan or,

  2. Completion of a community business training program in Montgomery County.

  3. Exceptions are made at the discretion of the Director of MERC

Office Space for Start-Ups

 

The CADCOM Di Giacomo Office Center is an Incubator complex of offices designed to advance the successful development of evolving companies by offering an array of business support resources and services provided by staff and through its network of contacts.  By combining below market rent, a convenient location, diverse clients, shared resources, and support services, the companies  are furnished with  professional office space, networking opportunities, and business development services to enhance their opportunities for success.
